About me
and this project
I have always been a Pagan green earth loving practicing witch but had to hide in the shadows. I am married to a notable BBQ guy who was in the public eye for years, and it may not have been socially acceptable to get my broomstick out of the closet so to speak. I started my witchy blog in 2012 with dreams of launching my magazine, but it did not materialize in that time. I focused on my other publication, Retro Chalet’s blog, Melmac Central, a free blog dedicated to the history of melamine to keep such things out of the landfill, primarily 1950’s melmac dinnerware. It has had over a million visitors (headed near two million now!) I can say that I did my green part in the world. Now, I’m writing what I love, what I know, and who I am. I am also a High Priestess of the Lightworker Coven located in the Eastern Panhandle. My goal is to bring light into the darkness and help people along the way live their best and brightest life. So mote it be.

I enjoyed reading a test copy, I cannot believe how informative it was. Future issues will have a hard time keeping up with the quality of the first one!

For a beginner witch I learned a lot yet it was in easy English as if I was having a conversation. I look forward to more issues.
